To make a successful purchase, you need to pass 3 steps:

“In-stock” - means that the item is available in our store and will be shipped in 1-2 business days from the moment of purchase.
“Back-order” - means that the item is not available in our store. An order cannot be currently filled or shipped, but is requested nonetheless for when the item becomes available again. The back-orders items will be shipped out as soon as we receive them in stock. Processing time of this type of ordering depends on the remoteness of the supplier and other causes. Usually it takes from 2 to 4 weeks.
“Out of stock” - means that the item is not available and will not be available in the nearest future. You can’t add the item with “out of stock” status to the shopping card.item variations (size, length, color, etc.) One and the same item can have different variations in pack volume, length, size, etc. You can add the item in one or more variations to your shopping cart. For example, the knife in two sizes: 100 and 150 mm.

You can also write here your wishes for your order. If you have any wishes concerning the chosen item you can leave them in the field “Wishes for order”. We will pay attention and try to fulfill the order according to your wishes.

You can authorize at the checkout page and buy as a registered user or continue purchasing as a guest. You need to provide your personal data to make a guest purchase. All personal data are necessary for processing and shipping order. We don’t disclose your personal information.
We need your e-mail address to inform you about the order status. Also we can contact you to resolve the issues concerning your order. We ask you to mention you phone number if you prefer EMS express shipping method. It is important because courier will call you before arrival to you.

Wishes for order.If you have any wishes concerning you order you can leave them in the “Wishes for order” field. We will pay attention and try to process the order in accordance with your wishes.
We ship from Ukraine. We provide worldwide shipping.
The orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the moment of payment.
The shipping price is calculated automatically at the checkout page. The shipping price depends on the total weight of the parcel, destination country and postal service.

The order shipping is carried by Ukrainian Postal Service (Ukrposhta) (www.ukrposhta.ua). The order delivery is carried by national local postal service. For example, USA - USPS, UK - Royal Mail, Japan - Japan Post, Spain - Correos, Germany - Deutsche Post, Poland - Poczta Polska, etc.
The parcel leaves Ukraine in 4 business days in 99% cases.
The delivery time takes approximately 7-10 working days. In some cases it can take a month. Unfortunately, we cannot influence on postal service working speed.
Reasons for slow delivery:
overload of your local post
disorder of you country local postal service
the parcel was delayed by your country customs
the provided shipping address was incorrect
the addressee was not at home at the moment. The parcel has got the status “unclaimed. Return to sender”
the addressee refused the parcel. The parcel has got the status “Refused”, etc.
Express shipping by EMS.
The delivery is carried by express-shipping company EMS (www.dpsz.ua). The delivery time takes about 5 working days.

We include tracking number in parcels over $20. The parcels under $20 we send without tracking number. If your order is under $20, you can pay $3 for tracking number.
You can check you tracking number in your personal account or in the letter we sent to your e-mail.

Express shipping by EMS.
Tracking number is provided in any case.
All the customs, duties or taxes imposed by buyer country are paid by buyer. Buyer also pays for the shipping and courier service, if such was used. We are not responsible if you didn’t receive your order because of your failure to pay customs, duties or taxes imposed
by your country.
Is it possible to reduce the price of invoice?We’ll be glad to reduce the price of your order invoice to avoid payment of custom duties or to make it lower. Write us in “Wishes for order” section and we’ll try to help you.
Every single case of return of the goods is examined individually. Please, contact us and explain the reason of return.
We offer 14 days return policy from the day you received your order.
Possible reasons of the goods return:
You didn’t like the goods
You have received the wrong item
You have got a defective item
All returns must be in the original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted.
You can return or exchange the item to the same one or another for extra charge or partial refund.
Buyer pays for delivery there and back.
You have to send the parcel with tracking number.
Pack the item thoroughly, use packaging cardboard or other solid materials. The safety of the goods depends on the quality of packaging.
We expect to receive the item in a new condition.
Please, be sure that your returns are properly packed and fully insured. We are not responsible for returning packages if lost by shipper/carrier or got damaged by carrier.
The money back
You will get your refund within 3-4 working days from the moment we have received the returned item.
If item has been opened and/or used, a 30% restocking fee will be applied for a refund or an exchange.
The items not subjected to return or exchange:
Used items, the items with changed properties, the items without original package (if such was used) or in damaged package.

Shipping cost (to and from buyer) will be charged for any refused shipping delivery (include duties, taxes and customs fee if any).
We return the delivery costs in case we made a mistake while processing your order. In all other cases these costs are paid by buyer.
